Full job description

We’re looking for a part-time Admin / Booking Assistant to support the day-to-day logistics of our heli-ski operation through the winter season. This role is well suited to someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with guests and operations staff in a fast-moving environment.

This is a remote position, with occasional availability during Sea-to-Sky operating hours as needed.

Seasonal Term

• Now until April 15

• Potential for future year round work

Hours & Pay

• Approximately 20 hours per week

• $23-26/hour

• Hours may fluctuate slightly depending on booking volume

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing guest inquiries and bookings via email and phone

• Supporting trip logistics (guest details, waivers, schedules, confirmations)

• Coordinating with operations staff, guides, and pilots

• Updating booking systems, spreadsheets, and internal documents

• Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general administrative tasks

• Helping ensure a smooth, professional guest experience from first contact to ski day

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Solid computer skills (email, spreadsheets, booking platforms)

• Calm, reliable, and responsive during operating days

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or outdoor recreation is an asset

• Familiarity with skiing or mountain operations is a bonus, but not required
