Director of Ski Patrol

The Director of Ski Patrol at Solitude Mountain Resort is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Ski Patrol, Bike Patrol, and Avalanche Mitigation departments. This includes staffing, training, budgeting, and ensuring effective medical aid, avalanche mitigation, and mountain safety operations. The role requires strong leadership, expert skiing ability, and experience in avalanche forecasting, rescue operations, and interdepartmental coordination. The Director ensures compliance with safety regulations, manages patrol procedures, and fosters a high-performing team to maintain a safe and positive experience for guests and staff year-round.
