The Ragged Mountain Competition Programs (RMCP) are seeking 2-3 Park Freestyle Ski Coaches to join our team for the upcoming winter season. We’re looking for enthusiastic skiers who are passionate about terrain park skiing, enjoy working with young athletes, and want to be part of a positive, athlete-centered coaching environment.
Our Freestyle Ski & Ride Program is led by Olympic snowboarder Pete Thorndike, whose athlete-first philosophy helps create an environment where young athletes develop both their skills and their lifelong passion for snow sports.
At RMCP, we believe that performance is a byproduct of enjoyment and effort. Our focus is on creating experiences that keep athletes excited to return, build confidence, and continue progressing year after year.
One of the guiding philosophies shared with every RMCP coach is:
“When athletes leave at the end of the day, if they can’t wait to come back, you’ve done most of your job.”
If that mindset resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
