Bio: I have climbed in every continent over a period of over 30 years, and am still just as keen! I don't actively seek guiding work as I have several part-time roles that require a lot of attention. In particular these are: Technical Officer for Mountain Training UK, Development Officer for the Association of Mountaineering Instructors, and Chair of the UIAA (International Mountaineering Federation) Training Panel, which also includes several voluntary projects around the world. I do a fair bit of consultancy work, film safety etc. I try to keep quite a bit of the year relatively free for training projects worldwide and also personal climbing. However, I can be tempted to make exceptions for particularly interesting and challenging adventures!
