Dave Hollinger

Bio: Dave completed the training scheme in 2008 and has worked as an IFMGA Guide since. Originally from near Belfast and having spent a number of years based in Sheffield and working throughout Europe, he now works full-time for the Scottish National Centre, Glenmore Lodge. He is also a director of Peak Mountain Training Ltd and enjoys a limited amount of additional time private guiding in both the UK and Europe. Dave's enthusiasm for the mountains extends to all seasons and a huge diversity of work and play. 20 years of climbing, mountaineering and skiing have taken him all over the world from the Himalayas to the big walls of North America, the European Alps and, of course, the rich diversity of climbing in the UK. March 2018: A life changing injury (the result of a fall skiing with his family) has left Dave with significantly impaired mobility. He continues on a committed rehabilitation pathway and may be can be contacted via email.
