Bio: Bruce Goodlad, has been climbing and mountaineering in the UK and around the world since leaving school, and has worked full time in the mountains since 1995. Bruce has instructed and guided all over the UK, Europe, Russia, Nepal and Antarctica. His love for the mountains and mountain adventures embraces all aspects of mountaineering, climbing, skiing and biking year-round. Bruce is a former technical Director for the British Mountain Guides Bruce has been a regular contributor to Climber Magazine for a number of years. This has mainly been as a member of the gear team but he has also written a number of other articles he is supported by Haglof's clothing. Bruce organises private and group trips all over the world, recent trips have taken him Climbing all over Europe, skiing in Norway, Russia, Greenland, Poland and his local mountains in the Alps. He lives full time close to Chamonix in the Mont Blanc Massif
