Bio: I am the Chief Executive of Mountain Training UK and Ireland, managing the service that we provide for British Mountain Guides as well as being BMG's Trauma Risk Management Coordinator. I work closely with many fellow Guides on the overall development of Mountain Training within the UK and Ireland as well as various international initiatives.
