Bio: Steve has climbed and guided extensively in Colorado, Utah, Nevada and Alaska. He is certified in the Rock and Alpine disciplines and is on route to his goal of gaining IFMGA international certification. Internationally, he has led several trips to Mexico and Ecuador and climbed in France, Italy and Switzerland. His rock climbing experience includes over 40 ascents of the infamous Diamond on Longs Peak in Colorado. Steve started climbing in 1992 and guiding in 1996. Known as a “gentle giant” Steve’s upbeat personality and keen sense of humor make him a favorite among clients. He graduated with honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, and started an in-patient massage therapy program at Boulder Community Hospital for which he received an award recognizing his outstanding community service.
