Bio: I’ve been climbing for 10 years, and instructing/coaching for 6. I absolutely love helping clients work towards and achieve their climbing goals. Climbing has played an integral role in my life and helping others find fulfillment through climbing is my highest priority. Whether it is building mental confidence, gaining physical strength, or refining one’s technique, I approach coaching from a wholistic mindset of getting your whole body to work together for your best performance. I have significant experience helping climbers transition to outdoor climbing, and love using the gym as a controlled environment to build best practices before heading outside.
