AMGA Single Pitch Instructor

City: Longmont

Province: CO

Bio: Hello All, I am new to the rock climbing instrcution world but I am keen to be here. Being from Texas I did not get much exposure to outdoor adventure sports so I my interest in the outdoors began in early adulthood while stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. The more I experience in life the more I want to share what I have learned and make accessible to others. This is why I am here, to help spread the word and enjoyment I missed out on for two thirds of my life. In my near decade in Colorado I have met many people who haven't been to the mountains for one reason or another. I get not liking the outdoors and avoiding it but to not have the means or access due to some limiting factor is unacceptable to me and I want to help be the chnage. Going forward I hope I can stay true to this mission statement, "Getting people whom otherwise couldn't there." There is this quote I heard from one of my drill instructor while in OSUT that rang with me and it pushes me forward. It goes as, "You don't know what you can't do, yet."
