I grew up in Hong Kong, and discovered rock climbing in high school in Norway. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade climbing in Yosemite Valley, the Sierra, and the American West, interspersed with a few amazing expeditions to the Canadian Arctic. Outside of climbing, I’ve worked for many years in software and global health. These days, I can be found living in my van at the nearest crag, looking for queer community in the nearest large city, and working to bring those two worlds closer together.
