Bio: A native to the plains of Iowa, Marc relocated to the desert southwest. Throughout the years Marc has ambitiously pursued his passion for the mountains. Marc has specialized in guiding mountain ascents and descents on a local scale in the four corners region as well as Canada, Mexico, Pacific Northwest, Alaska, Russia, and Kenya. Marc enjoys challenging and educating climbers of all levels in the mountains he is constantly looking for new, creative technical ascents to take people around the world. Marc holds a rock and alpine guide certification with the American Mountain Guides Association as well as AAIRE III Avalanche Training, and Wilderness First Responder. During his days off he enjoys following his wife up rock climbs and squeezing in some time for painting.
