Bio: Extensive rock and alpine climbing throughout the world including Grade V first ascents, 5.13 sport, and trad on-sights up to V 5.12b. Successfully guided climbs and mountains such as the West Buttress of Denali, Mt. Rainier, Mont Blanc du Tacul, East Buttress of El Capitan, Direct South Buttress of Mt. Moran, Complete Exum Ridge, North Ridge and North Face of the Grand Teton, the Vampire, North Face of Granite Peak, and East Buttress of Mt. Whitney. Guided ice climbs to WI 6. Alpine ascents of the Harvard Route on Mount Huntington in Alaska; Les Dru, the North Face of Les Droites (ED2), and the Direct Supercouloir (ED2) of Mont Blanc in Chamonix, France. Numerous Teton ascents including the Grand Traverse in 14 hours, and the Complete South Buttress of Mt Moran in 16. Former Force Recon Marine. Current instructor for US Special Operations personnel. Alpine and Backcountry ski and avalanche instructor. Steep ski descents in the Alps and Tetons, including the Grand Teton in a day.
