AMGA Alpine Guide
City: Bozeman
Province: MT
Bio: I grew up in Montana with a love of the mountains and wild places. I began climbing in 1973 and soon after became involved with the Outdoor industry as a retailer and sales representative. I have combined the synergy of guiding and climbing and business over the last 40 years. A total of 45 expeditions worldwide including 30 to Alaska were devoted to the pursuit of new routes via lightweight alpine style. These expeditions established 17 first ascents in Alaska. I have been a senior guide for the Exum Mountain Guides in the Tetons for 32 years and a certified AMGA Alpine guide. My wife Pat and I reside in Bozeman MT.
