Bio: As the Owner and Lead Guide of Salt Lake City based, Backcountry Pros, www.thebackcountrypros.com John sees skiing and climbing as modes to see the world and as passions to live by. If you see skiing or climbing as experiences more than just sliding on snow or hanging on to a rock and want to see how these sports best define a region, John is your man.  Today, John works as a guide and avalanche educator based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In the spring of 2016 he became the only person to have ski traversed the entire Wasatch Range solo during a monumental 23 day push.
