Position Summary

Eleven Revelstoke Lodge seeks an Operations Manager to lead our heli-ski program in Revelstoke, British Columbia. This role requires a highly organized self-motivated person with exceptional leadership and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of ski industry experience including 5 or more years in a leadership role. Ski guiding certification is an advantage, but not a requirement. The position requires Revelstoke residency from mid-October through mid-April, with remote work possible for the remainder of the year. Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications, and scope of work.
