Provide structured feedback, motivation, and positive reinforcement to support athlete development.

Our season is weekends only running from mid-December through mid-March and includes a 5- day holiday camp from 12/26-12/30.

Coaches must complete SafeSport, and background checks with U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Level 100 certification will need to be either completed or in progress during the season.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Children of coaches: race program enrollment is included. Employee discounts at the mountain. Please reach out with any questions. Candidates, please submit a short intro cover letter and resume to Geoff Green at coachgeoff@plattekill.com
