Where You’ll Work

Mostly outside — where the air is crisp, the views are unbeatable, and the snow might just fall sideways. Expect exposure to cold, wind, and sunshine — sometimes all in the same hour. The noise? Mostly laughter, music, and the occasional “Wooohooo!” echoing down the hill.

You’ll be part of a team that values safety, inclusion, and good vibes — because at Red Lodge Mountain, we don’t just work on the mountain. We live it.
